Double torsion springs in 44 spring sizes for fast delivery from stock made of stainless steel 1.4310 from Gutekunst. The double torsion springs are made of round spring steel wire in a cylindrical shape with tangential straight legs and a linear spring characteristic in quality grade 2 (medium tolerance range) according to DIN EN 15800. The double torsion springs are offered in the leg positions 0 and 90 degrees. The double torsion spring is an extended leg spring in which the use of two spring bodies creates a parallel connection with a greater total torque spring rate. Double torsion springs in 44 dimensions made of stainless steel 1.4310 (rustproof, max. Temperature 200 degrees) in wire thicknesses from 0.5 to 4 mm from stock.
To calculate the highest spring force (Fn), the greatest torque (Mn) must be divided by the length of the lever arm (R) (Fn = Mn / R). Lever arm is the distance from the point of application of force to the center of the spring body.
Double torsion springs made of stainless steel are not treated further after the thermal treatment.

Shipping and prices
The spring shop order is ready for dispatch within 2 - 5 days (*). The dispatch takes place in Germany with DHL, in Europe with DHL or DPD. Outside Europe, we only ship with the customer's shipping account.
